Since French was my first foreign language love, I believe I should give French the first focus. Here’s the plan for the easily-sidetracked me:
1. Work on four languages this year. Yes, I know the year is coming to an end, but does it matter? Why four languages, though? The reason for the first one, French, is already mentioned. The others are German, Japanese, and Italian. German because I have a German penpal who’s encouraging me to write to her in German. Japanese and Italian because I’m teaching my Italian penpal Japanese, and she’s teaching me Italian. Simple enough reasons, no?
2. I barely have time to learn foreign languages since I’m also interested in so many other things. So, here’s how I’ll allocate my time learning foreign languages: each day every other day I’ll spend 15 minutes for the listening aspect of each language for a total of 1 hour of listening time. I plan to use podcasts for this since they’re usually < 15 minutes. French is the focus, so I’ll spend an additional 1 hour or so reading French. After I progress enough in French, I’ll probably mix some writing (letters?) in as well.

2 hours each day every other day for foreign language learning. I think that’s quite doable, but of course I’ll keep evaluating it as time progresses.

Plan revision

Summarizing my learnings seem to take up more time than I thought it would. With this in mind, I’m only going to try to do each language every other day.
